The 360 window!
One pop-up window that shows you everything about a contact - phone calls, emails, purchases, appointments, plus all the phone, address and payment info. You can access this pop-up from all over the application - almost wherever you see a contact's name - so you get to see everything you need in all sorts of different situations.
The dynamic list builder
You can build mailing lists using criteria that change over time. For example, ask Shindig to create a mailing list of people aged 40-55 and it will automatically add people to the list when they hit 40 and take them away when they're over 55. It takes a bit of getting used to, but when you've mastered it you'll be impressed with how easy it is to send broadcast emails to groups of customers based on a set of circumstances.

It's true! You'll find that some pages refresh quickly - like when you reorder lists. Often with online applications you make repeated calls to the server to grab data. We try to minimise such exchanges, by grabbing the information we need. Someone in this office called it the "Cognitive Rendering of Data" - he's probably got a Powerpoint presentation on it!
It's Integrated
Big companies spend millions of dollars on "CRM Integration" projects, where they try to pull together all the data they have on their customers, suppliers and channels. In fact a lot of consultants get rich by defining these projects without ever delivering anything. Shindig has that integration from the beginning, without the expensive consultants.
