Shindig Help is available throughout the application. Clicking on the Help button on the right hand end of the main menu will take you to Help pages related to where you are in the Shindig site. Or you can use the Help Menu above to move away the pages within the Help Centre. All sections are formatted for printing - just hit the print icon in the top right of the page. If you can't find what you're looking for in Help, email us for assistance at - we'll get back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Australian time). The section also tells you how to use the "360 window" the nifty single view of all data relating to a contact, including email, sales, bookings and more. Email - How to send and receive email, as well as building email campaigns for sending email messages to multiple people at the same time Bookings - This section guides you through setting up calendars for you and your staff, including marketing staff and resource availability. It tells you how to create meetings and book appointments for customers. See how to attach pre-defined services to an appointment, and allocate appointments to staff members.
