Some of the key features are: - the ability to view "to do" items for you and your staff - the ability to filter your "to do" list - being able to associate "to do" items with contacts in your database, so you can quickly view all the work undertaken for that contact - being able to associate one task to multiple contacts and have that transferred to multiple "to do" items, which can be ticked off as they are completed for each contact - being able to create call records which can be attached to each contact and to be able to view a history of those calls in the contact's 360 window - being able to view full details about a contact - including address details, orders, email and tasks, whilst logging the call - easy setting of start and end time, adjusted for your time zone.
